Keith Elgin – Arizona
Keith is the owner and founder of Safe Retirement Strategies & Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies®.
Keith has been providing safe retirement planning strategies for pre-retiree and retirees for hundreds of seminar participants and clients since 2003.
Safe Retirement Strategies philosophy is to provide personalized service with a focus on protecting our clients hard-earned retirement assets from market losses with reasonable rates of returns while keeping it simple.
In 1981 Keith captured the National Junior College Wrestling Championship at Phoenix Junior College at 167lbs; Hence Keith received an athletic wrestling scholarship to Arizona State University (ASU).
Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from ASU in 1984. Keith was hired by Motorola Government Electronics Group in Scottsdale Arizona to work on their missile defense programs with a top secret clearance from 1984—1989. Keith was hired by ASU in 1989 as the Property Control Manager and retired after 22 years of service as the Assistant Director of Purchasing in 2011. On a part-time basis, Keith joined Lifetime Solutions in 2003 and full-time in 2011 and founded his current company Safe Retirement Strategies in 2013.
Keith is originally from Burke, Virginia 20 miles from Washington DC. He moved to Arizona in 1973 with his family. Keith was blessed with four children. Our little girl, Shawnda’s, home is in Heaven, and we have three living children; two sons who are 33 and 28 and one daughter who is 29, with six amazing grand-children.
Keith is also is a member in good standing with the National Ethics Association. The National Ethics Association helps professionals build their companies on the foundation of trust, solid ethics and best practices.
Keith Winsell – Washington & Oregon
Keith is the Vice President of Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies® in Washington State and Oregon.
Keith has been providing safe retirement planning strategies for pre-retiree and retirees for clients since 2015.
Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies® philosophy is to provide personalized service with a focus on protecting our client’s hard-earned retirement assets from market losses with reasonable rates of returns while keeping it simple.
in 2009 Keith started coaching girls soccer and through 2017 he was blessed to have coached the same team to 7 district Championships and both the Washington State Recreation level Championship and the Oregon State Premier Level Championship.
Keith went to school locally at Clack College and also the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Keith opened his first gym in Vancouver at age 23 and two more after that and was fortunate to teach thousands of local client’s proper training and nutrition.
Keith was hired by Bowflex in 1996 and was with them for a decade through an incredible growth phase where he held many titles and traveled the globe. He was able to create many of the famous commercials and infomercials seen by everyone around the globe. Keith has been very active in the private equity space investing in and consulting for emerging product and technology companies. Keith is also the President of World Mint Gold a local precious Metals Broker also with Tax and penalty free IRA Strategies. Keith identified an under served gap in Federal Employees benefits, specifically with Postal Workers and that became motivation for Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies®.
Keith is originally from Vancouver, Washington, 10 minutes north over the river from Portland Oregon. Keith has been married for 19 years to his sweetheart Jennifer and was blessed with two amazing girls. Keith’s youngest girl Lola is 14 and his soccer star and the oldest Sophia is 16 years old. Both attend Ridgefield schools.
Keith besides part-time soccer coaching is also a executive board member of the Fruit Valley Foundation a local Charity, and a previous member and longtime supporter of First Robotics with Skyview High School in good standing with the National Ethics Association. The National Ethics Association helps professionals build their reputation and companies on the foundation of trust, solid ethics and best practices with annual criminal and civil background checks.
Robert A. Yeager Sr.
Robert is part of the team of Safe Retirement Strategies & Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies, with operations in 7 states including AZ, WA, OR, CA, NC, KS, and TX.
Federal Benefit Retirement Strategies philosophy is to provide personalized service with a focus on protecting our client’s hard-earned retirement assets from market losses with reasonable rates of returns while keeping it simple.
Robert has an associate degree in electronics and a bachelor in Business Management. Robert is a member in good standing with National Ethics Association. The NEA partners with professionals to build and strengthen their business on trust, ethics and best practices with annual criminal and civil background checks.
Robert has worked at major corporations including IBM in middle management, and sales & marketing; CellularOne franchises including VP and General Manager. In addition, Robert has owned and developed several retail and service businesses.
Robert is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Texas 20 years ago with a consulting company to develop the first GSM cellular market for South Texas. That market was then sold and now operates as T-Mobile.
Robert is the father of five grown children and in his spare time travels representing civil war artillery and Texas/Mexican infantry at re-enactments across the United States.
Robert is actively involved in his church and local communities with Friends of Old Bayview cemetery, living history presentations at local schools and fundraising events
